Program One: BREATHING AND STRETCHING (21:28) Starts with a series of slow, easy yoga stretches which anyone can do. You will quickly and easily soften off of those tight, aching and stress-filled muscles. Yoga breathing techniques will soothe your nerves and return a sense of calm to your mind and body.

Program Two: SIMPLY RELAX (10:06) Next, you may wish to practice this ancient yoga technique called “Yoga Nidra,” which induces physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Lilias will be your guide while you actively participate in your own relaxation process.
